Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda

The day began at a late 7 am with no sign of rain from last night, which allowed all of us to sleep on deck. We had a breakfast of scrambled eggs, and blueberry muffins before everyone on the Neptune program came over for an underwater navigation talk. Once it was only our shipmates on Love, we motored to the dive site, Sand Circles, and set up our dive gear. We had to navigate using compass headings, and Caleigh and I saw a stingray. Up from our dive, lunch was served. After the clean up was complete, Nico taught most of the boat how to salsa dance. We learned three moves, and it was a lot of fun. We have incredible dancing skills. Later, we prepared for our surface rescue training session where we practiced for panicked and tired divers. Towing against the current was extremely difficult. After the training session, Blair took eight of us to do watersports while the rest of us showered. Unfortunately, we did not play with Daquar, the bro shark, today. We motored back into Savannah Bay where Max and Aaron were climbing the jib. Dinner consisted of chili and rice while playing Waving Flag. Now, everyone is excited about the Baths and Spanish Town tomorrow. It’s incredible how close everyone on this boat has become. Maybe that’s why it’s called Love of my Life!
