Location: Marina Cay
Day 9, from the outset, was already gearing up to be another glorious day at sea for all the shipmates. After a much needed slow wakeup, thanks to the action-packed week, the crew set sail and spent the morning developing our sailing skills. This involved practicing and completing our very first “sailing circle,” which I found extremely fun and interesting, and it definitely enabled us to bond and develop our independence as a crew. The rest of the day was spent swimming in the clear water, shark spotting, and cruising into yet another beautiful anchorage, Marina Cay, bringing to a close yet another successful day.
