Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda

After a terrific BBQ and dance the night prior, as well as a sufficient night’s rest, the day was indicative of something good. We began the day around 8:30 with a breakfast of cereal, granola, and oatmeal. We then prepared for our dive chat. The dive chat was predominantly about conservation of the environment, as well as the variety of organisms sustained by it. We then began our journey to a near port called Leverick Bay. As we arrived we quickly dispersed from the boat and headed to the restaurant. A few hours later we convened at the docks and prepared to leave the bay. Although the sail seemed long, we embraced the adventure and crew made incredible memories. We made a delicious Mexican feast all while overlooking the mesmerizing view. The Barracuda students went on their first-night dive, while the remaining students had our scuba chats and a movie and then we went to bed.
