Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda
This morning we woke up after a windy night. Breakfast was eaten before we got ready to sail, and we left around 9 am. The skipper sailed for a bit, and others took turns sailing. For lunch, we had PB+Js, shortly after learning about the boat and the wind. Also, we sailed 8.7 knots! We arrived in Savannah Bay on Virgin Gorda around 3. Mike, the director of the program, came and did an activity where we got to learn the strengths and weaknesses of our fellow crew members using old postcards. We had some time to swim around and wash ourselves after we had practiced putting together scuba gear. After an exciting third day, we ate a dinner of pasta with Alfredo sauce, marinara, and garlic bread. Finally, we had a scuba lesson and went to bed.
