Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island
Today was yet another rotation day, however, it was based on a diving schedule which made it a bit more interesting. In the a morning, we woke up to a delicious breakfast of oatmeal made by our esteemed cooks Jack and Delcino. (They really didn’t do much, but I really like oatmeal). Afterwards we sailed out of Great Harbor of Peter Island to Salt Island, where we got to see some of the clearest water in the British Virgin Islands. Once we anchored, we took our sailing exam. I got extremely nervous but ended up finishing first and probably passing. However, my nervousness completely disappeared once I got to dive the Rhone. The Rhone is a large Royal Mail Ship that sunk in the 1800’s. It was a beautiful dive with loads of coral and fish living amongst the shipwreck. Afterwards we did some more sailing circles and anchored back at Peter Island to a dinner of breakfast. We literally had scrambled eggs and sausage at dinner time.
