We started off the day bright and early at 6am, then got ready for a bagel breakfast. Next we headed to our first rotation, which was scuba theory. Then we were brought to another boat called Ka Ou Fe for Pico sailing, which was a lot of fun but there wasn’t much wind. We also went on our first open water dive which was a lot of fun. We saw things like coral reefs, tons of cool fish, and even some sea urchins. It was the first time we dove below 12 fee and did our dive drills, which is where we take our masks off, fill them with water, and get it out underwater. But my favorite part of the day was when we had our summertime Thanksgiving because we had all of the normal Thanksgiving food but on a boat. But what made it great was all of our group bonding and laughing around the table after a long day of rotations.
