Today we woke up at 7:30 as usual to continue our jobs at the Bat House after breakfast. I went to finish working on the electric fence, which keeps out the boars and horses from the solar panels. We worked with Hugh on putting it up and I decided to test it! For lunch we had fried egg sandwiches, which were delicious! After lunch, a few of us went to help stomp out some long, sharp grass while the others went to the beach to chill and watch the sunset. We needed to stomp the grass because it’s an invasive species that doesn’t allow the natural habitat to grow. After the group finished stomping the grass we went to join the others at the beach and watched the moon rise. After some beach time, we went back to the Bat House and ate some delicious eggplant lasagna that Hugh, Marissa, Kate, and Danielle slaved away at. After dinner, most people went to bed except a few who stayed up to play monopoly. Jonah and I won!!!!
