Tired Diver/Panicked Diver

Today we all awoke to the scent of baking blueberry muffins. Along with scrambled eggs this was the best breakfast we have had on board by far. After breakfast the Neptunes came over to collaborate on our underwater navigation lecture. Despite the fact that we as Rescue Divers have already completed that dive. After this we set sail (motored really). After about 20 minutes we arrived at the Sand Circles where we commenced the Nav experiences we had learned. After we surfaced we realized we were missing a buddy pair but after a fantastic search party we found them at the bow. For lunch we had tuna salad sandwiches that were well prepared. After this we put in to practice the tired diver/panicked diver rescuing techniques that we had learned the evening before. We used various tows such as the underarm tow and the modified swimmer’s carry. We also used panicked diver rescuing techniques such as spinning them around and going beneath them. Dinner tonight was enjoyable. I have never eaten chili before but it was so good. After dinner we watched the second part of the PADI Rescue Diver movie. All in all today was extremely fun and I learned a lot as well as had a great time.
