Magpie Bridge awoke to sporadic rain. The rolling waters of Marina Cay were a peaceful start to an action-packed day. The anchor was hoisted and Maggie B. motored over to George Dog. The staff helped the shipmates set up a “boom swing.” After about a half hour of frolicking in the temperate Caribbean waters, we went to scuba off of Wicked Good. On the dive there was a school of color changing cuttle fish. The dive lasted for 30 minutes, but it felt much shorter because of the immense amount of fun everyone was having. After the dive debrief the main was hoisted and the jib unfurled and Maggie B. sailed to Muskmelon Bay, where the anchor was dropped. After several gargantuan bowls of chili, the crew gathered around for movie night. White Squall was a thoroughly entertaining film, enjoyed by all. The exhausted but content shipmates laid their heads down, ready for a new day.
