Activities
Today it was sunny, the wind was blowing at about 25 knots and there were white caps in the water. We took Tennger from the dock in the west end of Tortola to the caves at Norman Island. There, we picked up a mooring at which we had lunch, swam and went snorkeling. We then took our boat the short distance around the point of Norman Island to the bight where we dropped anchor, took showers, and ate dinner. Momentarily we will be having our introductions to our respective community service and scuba programs.

Well, we woke up at 7 in the morning to have eggs and muffins for breakfast. Right after we finished, we took a six hour sail ride, halfway we stopped at Cooper Island for lunch and for swimming. We had PB+J for lunch then sailed the second half. We now are at Pond Bay which is really cool because to get in, you have to motor on a certain point because there is coral reef all around. The water is very blue and you can see right to the bottom. We took showers in the ocean after that. Then we had dinner, which was cheesy alfredo and garlic bread. In a couple of minutes we have more scuba lessons. This has been so much fun so far!

Activities
Today was our first rotation day. After a quick breakfast of cereal, we attempted to windsurf. As it was my first attempt, I thought it was quite hard. Next we practiced tying knots and some of us got our dinghy licenses. After lunch, we all went snorkling. For our last activity before dinner, we went water skiing and wakeboarding. Dinner was excellent stir fry and rice. We finished the day off with delicious batches of cookies and brownies.

Today was incredibly windy, although we didn't actually sail that much. The sea was gorgeous, as always, and the trip was fabulous. We went to the Baths where we jumped off the rocks and, of course, I was the first one off the rocks and I was waiting for everyone for the longest time because they had needed help getting to the rock. Then, we went to Spanish Town where we ate, shopped, and made friends with everyone. Funniest part of the day was definitely the shaving party where Jules dropped her razor. Tennger rocks.

Activities
Today we woke up and began our day with French Toast and then headed off to windsurf. After windsurfing, the scuba divers went on a dive and we snorkeled the mangroves. The mangroves are where all the baby fish grow up! We had sandwiches on the boat followed by water skiing and wakeboarding. I finally got up after many attempts on the wakeboard. Everything our boat did today was exciting and I am looking forward to what is to come.

Today we woke up and right away got in the water while the Quest students learned CPR/First Aid. It was sunny and since we are in a bay, the water is really calm. We split the boat up onto two 19-foot boats with mainsail and a jib. We sailed for about an hour and a half, then went back to the big boat to eat lunch. We went to the beach after lunch and sailed little boats for 2 people, called Picos. After that, everyone showered for the dance. We had a beach BBQ and then danced the night away.

Mike Meighan calls in the update from Gorda Sound bring us up to speed on all the ActionQuest and Lifeworks happenings. All the vessels will be together tonight at The Sandbox for a beach BBQ before the DJ arrives to start up the dancing!
