| Location: White Bay, Peter Island |

| Activities |
Let's see, ok we did a lot of stuff today especially because this was our first day on the water. We left the dock at around 11:30 and we went out and then we went sailing. It was an interesting experience as it was the first time sailing for about half of us. Around midday, after sailing for a while, we ate lunch which was very interesting because it was quite choppy on the ocean. We then stopped at White Bay where we did a refresher scuba dive. This was great because it was nice to be back in the water again even though there was not much to see. |

July 9 - Day 3

| Location: Savannah Bay, Virgin Gorda |
| Skipper |
Erica |
| Activities |
Today we left South Bay and sailed to Blue Chromis reef, on wreck alley between Salt and Cooper. Once there, we set up our equipment and took our first real dive. On the dive we saw an old tug-boat. Once we were back on the surface, we climbed on the boat and ate our lunch. We then set sail again and traveled to Savannah Bay (Pond Bay), Virgin Gorda. The rescue divers had a class to go over skills. The best part of the day was having our first real dive. |

| Activities |
We woke up at Savannah Bay. We got set up for SCUBA and traveled to the nearby sand circles dive site. We went over to the dive site and did a navigation dive, practiced kick cycles and patterns. Most every other dive boat sent a dinghy full of divers to our boat to dive, so we stayed busy all day. After the other boats cleared, we spent over two hours in the water practicing different types of rescue situations. Then we performed a scenario on Leah and Ted. We returned to Savannah Bay for a night and did some waterskiing. It rocked. |

July 11 - Day 5

| Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda |

| Activities |
Today we left Savannah Bay and went to the Baths. I had a blast there. We soon left the Baths and headed to Spanish Town. Andrew, Graham, and I all pitched in and bought Emily a shirt that was perfect for her. After leaving for Spanish Town, we found a nice place to do a night dive. After the dive, all the guys and I had a rave party with our dive lights, and all the other boats were jealous of our amazing dancing skills. |

July 12 - Day 6
|
| Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda |
| Skipper |
Noah |
| Activities |
We started the day with a skill dive and after about 7 hours of rain, we moved over to the mooring ball and then we did three dives; a rescue skills dive, our second navigation dive, and our first night dive. The rescue dive consisted of surfacing a panicked diver and/or unconscious diver to the surface. Our nav dive consisted of following a course of slates and singing jingle bells. Our night dive was mostly spent trying to avoid jelly fish. Those who wanted to waterski finally got a chance to while the rain was light. The only upside of the rain was that everyone got a long fresh water shower. |

July 13 - Day 7 |
| Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda |
| Skipper |

| Activities |
Today we went to Leverick Bay to get water. We stopped there and got food at the grocery store and some people went to the internet café. Then we motored to Vixen Point. We stayed in the shade and, at a restaurant called The Sandbox, we learned CPR all day. We had an awesome dance that night. |
