A Day of Mostly Sailing
Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
Today was a fun day! We started off the day by waking up early and scuba diving. We played underwater frisbee. After that, we went back to the boat and went windsurfing and Pico sailing. Shea and Trip capsized a lot because Trip kept flipping them. Today Kayla finally did something other than breathe under water and went Pico sailing. Later, we all went out on the Rhodes boats and raced and the girls won. After the sailing, we went back to the boat and got ready to go to shore. When we got to shore Kayla and Shea wouldn’t stop talking about wings so we had to make a stop to get them. And now we are sailing to Mountain Point for the night. Can’t wait until tomorrow.

Diving, Dinghies and Dogs (Hot Dogs)
Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound
Today was a great day. We started the day off going out for two scuba dives. It was a pretty easy dive because we basically just got to go off on our own and look around. After the dive, me, William, Trip, and Seth went wakeboarding and waterskiing. Trip did a great drive-by to another dinghy while slalom skiing and we literally all screamed. After that, we spent the afternoon tying knots with Ethan and Miles making jokes and having a lot of fun. When Kaleigh got back we had two classes about coral reefs and underwater life. We showered and are now getting ready for the beach BBQ and hot dogs. Can’t wait for tomorrow!

A Very Epic Day
Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound
Today was a very memorable day here on Erocibar. Starting with last night, a storm came through, creating unforgettable moments when we all grabbed our GoPros and rain jackets and headed to the bow of the boat to make the best of the not so nice weather. When we woke up in the morning, Will and Seth made the boat a great batch of French toast, and shortly after enjoying breakfast we sailing to Great Dog. Hanes sailed for a while. As he was sailing a seagull sat next to him. The dive masters, Morgan, Gabby and myself, went on a dive. When we arrived and after, the Carina students and DMs did our dive knowledge reviews. We had a great sail from Great Dog to Vixen Point that everyone really enjoyed. The boat has really become close and everyone is so friendly. We have been able to bond over our common interests and go to know each other quite well. Kayleigh, Simon, and Ethan have made every day better than the next and I’m glad to be a part of such a good boat and I’m looking forward to the rest of the trip.

Dives and Wiffleball
Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda
Today we all had an early start. After breakfast and a few chats (as we were all still half asleep) however, Seth and Will soon brought up the mood with laughs as we soon stepped on board the dinghy to head toward the shore. I felt excited and nervous for our first dive on this trip. I’m sure the rest of the crew felt similar. Once we had fitted scuba gear on and arrived at the diving spot we all flung backwards into the ocean James Bond style. After the two dives full of spectacular marine life and diving tasks, the group and myself relaxed on the island. Kristen, Shay and I went wakeboarding, which Kristen absolutely shredded. Afterwards, we went back ashore for a game of wiffleball that Hanes and Collins seemed to enjoy playing against the Puerto Ricans. The game was most definitely the highlight of the day. I can’t wait to make more memories with this amazing hilarious group over the next 16 days.
