Today was amazing! First we woke up to our awesome morning music and started off the day with a yummy breakfast of bagels and yogurt. We hydrated ourselves and lathered up with sunscreen. We stepped onto our dinghy and headed over to Sailing Curls to get our scuba diving gear together. Once we hopped onboard everyone was anxious and waiting to get into the water. We split into our groups and had a quick briefing about our two dives. We dove to 30 feet to observe the aquatic life and colorful coral. One group of divers saw a huge barracuda! Another group saw a giant sea urchin and a baby stingray! After surfacing we got some little snacks and hopped right back in. This time we explored a little more. After our scuba diving adventures we headed back to Aeolus to eat lunch and take our diving certification exam. We all nailed it! For our final activity of the day we tied Turk’s Heads knots into bracelets and anklets. For dinner we were joined by director Mike and his wife Jo. We finished the day with a AQ’s version of a Thanksgiving feast! Can’t wait to see what tomorrow has in store for us!
