Laughing and Learning

Today’s activities were filled with laughter and a great deal of learning. After waking up everyone was treated to a breakfast of scrambled eggs, cantaloupe, and delicious blueberry muffins. Once cleaning was over Jay began talking and answering questions about our scuba diving while Anna and Ian went to a meeting. Then we set off on our journey of four hours worth of sailing and motor sailing. Throughout the day the word y’all was used and criticized and no one is allowed to ask “someone hand me__.” After we dropped anchor Jay supervised us in pairs as we assembled and disassembled scuba gear. Whoever wasn’t observing was organizing their cabin. With everyone done assembling and organizing, everyone jumped into the water to cool off then shower. Everyone was ready for dinner. Penne noodles and alfredo sauce with ham on the side hit the spot. As of now, cleaning is coming to an end and the second scuba chat is soon to start. Today has been filled with new inside jokes and laughter among new friends.
