Location: The Bight, Norman Island
Today was a full day. This morning we had a fast breakfast of cereal in GHP. Afterwards we moved the boar a short distance and dove a dive site called the Rhone Anchor, the anchor of the infamous RMS Rhone, which was cut off before the ship sank. Then , we motored to Road Town, the capital of BVI’s where we went to port. My friends and I went to a delicious restaurant before waling to the famous Road Town gelato shop. Once we were all back on the boat, we went straight into the race. It was a long haul on a straight line and we ended up in 3rd place. Coming in to the Bight, we saw Ocean Star, a beautiful sailboat from another AQ Caribbean program. Finally, we finished off the day with a delicious meal of franks and beans. With only two days left, we’re both remorseful about leaving and excited to see our families and friends.
