We woke up to a breakfast of oatmeal and our final diving exam (finally!) after thirty minutes of an easy test, thanks to Wondy, we all passed and are almost officially certified (just three more dives to do!). Our second activity was waterskiing and wakeboarding. I got to try waterskiing for the first time and it was very fun! Taryn was able to get up and stay up (the hardest part) for the first time. After two hours of skiing and boarding everybody on Lady Aubrey was able to have our first open water scuba dive. We were able to see all types of fish and coral with no complications. Our last rotation was knot tying and dinghy driving. Learning knots was harder than it seems. Then we got to drive the dinghies. I went with Taryn and Annie where we practiced how to save a person overboard, substituting the person with a floating device. It took me at least three times while Annie got it on the first time. When we got back we had our version of a Mexican feast and it was delicious. After dinner we cleaned and had an educational sail chat. It was an amazing day!
