Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda
Today we woke up full of excitement for our first rotation day! After a great two nights in Marina Cay, we were finally on our way to Savanna Bay, which is on Virgin Gorda. We woke up nice and early at 6:15 so we could motor to Virgin Gorda in time for our first rotation. We had some oatmeal for breakfast on our motor over, and we finally got to Savanna Bay right before the first rotation. The advanced divers went on a check up dive and the beginner divers learned some knots. Anna, Kackie and I all went wake boarding and we all stood up before the rotation was over. We came back to Bella for a nice lunch of PB and J and Pringles before the beginner divers went to the beach and the advanced divers went water skiing and wake boarding. Anna, Kackie and I all went Pico sailing together, which was so much fun. We also did a bit of windsurfing, which was challenging but exciting. The beginner divers finally got to take their first breaths underwater during the last rotation day and we had such a great time. We were super quick at completing the skills and we are all so excited to start doing open water dives soon! We just finished shower time and our swim test and we are all having a great time! We cant wait to see what we will do tomorrow!
