Day 4- The First Breath
Posted: Sat, Jul 11, 2015
Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda
Today was our first day of rotations. We started off bright and early with delicious oatmeal. First the crew learned to drive a dinghy and practiced tying different types of knots to prepare us for our sailing test. Afterwards we tried windsurfing and had a ball. Then we all met back up for lunch on the boat for some dope tuna salad sandwiches. We then quickly cleaned up to move onto the next activity. The crew took their first breaths underwater. Besides myself, I completed my first two open water dives (woot). Then we ended the rotation with windsurfing, wakeboarding and kneeboarding. The rest of the day continued with our usual night. Today was most an adventurous day.
