Today was a great day to just hang out and have fun at the same time. The dance being last night, a relaxed yet action-packed day was much needed. For Sambamba the first activity was driving the Rhodes, this was a cool experience because it was so different than the sailing we do on our boat. The next activity was a coral reef awareness chat with Linda. This was a super cool lesson and I can’t wait to learn more about it. After we ate lunch which to Quin and Ruth was much welcome, because they didn’t get a chance to eat oatmeal for breakfast because they had to get to work for the amazing day planned ahead. After lunch we took the dinghy to the beach to play games at Vixen Point. Quin, Nick, and Carolyn set up a super cool game where the sand was hot soup and the chicklets were croutons that you had to step on to get across the beach. It made us all really work like a team. After kind of completing that game we played a game of beach volleyball which included lots of laughs. The Vegas from Sambamba came back to the boat to tie knots and fill up with water. While the Barracudas went on a navigation dive the chefs started to prepare dinner, which was Mexican night. We had Sam over for dinner and will end this night with homemade cookies and a Lifeworks Forum. You could say today was an awesome day.
