Today was a really fun, chill day at the beach. We started our day off with a yummy breakfast of scrambled eggs and blueberry muffins with pink lemonade. After we cleaned up the ship we took the dinghy to the shore of Anegada, and from there we took a taxi to the other side of the island. On the taxi ride over we saw cows grazing on the side of the road, which was a first for a lot of people. Upon arrival to the other side of the island we were presented with the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. The water was an array of the most intense shades of blue with the softest sand I have ever sunk my toes in. We spent the morning playing on the beach, swimming in the ocean, and snorkeling on the third largest barrier reef in the world. After we had our fill on the beach we went and ordered lunch and treated ourselves to ice cream afterward. After lunch we taxied back to the marina side of the island and got ready to set sail. Once we were under sail to the Dogs we bonded as a boat and taught each other all of the knots we know. Once we arrived at the Dogs we had a tasty dinner of chicken caesar salad and risotto. Later tonight once the sun sets the advanced divers will go on their night dive! Everyone had an amazing day at the beach and sailing and are excited for their night dive! p.s. there was bioluminescence tonight!
