And we’re off! Our second day started off with a dock talk with Mike! After soaking up the sun and getting ready to sail away, we finally got our PFDs and anchors away! Soon into our adventures we learned how to raise sails, pull sheets, tack, jibe, and all that snaz. Since the first day till now we as shipmates have become so much closer! Coming up on lunch time we sailed to the Caves. The water was crystal clear and beautiful! Once we anchored we swam around the boat four times and treaded water for ten minutes for our swim test. As soon as we got out it was lunch time! We had some nice sandwiches and once the wind picked up the Pringles tried to fly away, but I, attempting to catch them made the situation worse and they ended up exploding all over the boat. Whoopsies… Then within the next ten seconds a flock of birds flew in and ate some of our food! The next thing you know we were sailing away on our first dive lesson! We learned how to set up our tanks and sailed to Virgin Gorda for showers and dinner!
