Today was an awesome, fast-paced day- an all around good day. Our boat started our rotation windsurfing. We didn’t have much wind but most of us got some good rides. I had never windsurfed before, but I could definitely see myself continuing to windsurf in the future- I really enjoyed it. Next, my shipmates and I rotated to waterskiing/wakeboarding. I had never done either before, and didn’t have much luck, but it was fun regardless. After the watersports we broke for a PB+J/tuna salad sandwich lunch. After lunch we were on the move again, and we rotated to the beach for dive class. Diving was awesome. I had never dove before and didn’t know what to expect, but I loved it. After diving we had a brief, yet important lesson on docking and how to operate the dinghy. Overall today was busy and a lot of fun. However, I am happy to finally relax and enjoy the great weather as the sun is setting.
