Today is probably one of the most fun days at ActionQuest. We started off super early to go on a hike up Mt. Sage. I didn’t think it would be as hard as it was! When we hit that first hill I wasn’t sure how I was going to make it the whole way! But as we got close to the top I saw those banana smoothies and I had the motivation to keep going. They were so good! It was definitely worth it because the view was great. But we had to take our time on the way down because we were so tired. When we got to the bottom we had a lot of shore time. We got to have amazing cheeseburgers and ice cream. It was nice to have all that time on land. After that we had a sand castle building competition. Sadly we didn’t win, yet our sea turtle was pretty great. The winner was a singing mermaid. We had no chance there. After that we got to swim for a little and then went back to the boat. We then got ready for our BBQ at Sydney’s. I’m really excited! Also we learned how to do something called Mediterranean mooring. So far this trip has been really fun. I can’t believe it’s almost over. I remember I was the skipper all the way back on the second day. Now here we are on day 15 with only 6 days to go. Time flies when you’re having fun!
