Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda
We woke up bright and early and ate some great breakfast. We had a long boat ride from the Bight to Ginger Island ahead of us. As we set sail the weather didn’t look great. It was drizzling and raining all the way to Ginger Island. When we got to the island, I successfully guided the ship and attached to my first mooring line. While we were on the boat at Ginger Island I learned the bowline knot, and the bowline trick knot. After that we were ready to go to Savanna Bay. On the way there were really big waves, it was raining hard, and the wind was blowing us everywhere, but I got us there safely. It was an overall great day and I can’t wait for the fun that tomorrow brings.
