Today started off with knot tying and making Turk’s Head bracelets and anklets. Almost everyone on the boat managed to make a pretty good bracelet and it was really fun. After that we all hopped in Azul, our blue dinghy, and rode over to Tanis Marie for Pico sailing. First off were two teams of boys, it took them quite a while to get the hang of things but once they did, they did great. The next team that went out had some trouble. We then raced back to our boat for lunch and the cooks whipped up insane amounts of delicious grilled cheese. Again we hopped back in a dinghy and rode back to Tanis Marie. Once there we set up our dive gear and hopped in the water. It was a fantastic dive and I had loads of fun. Everyone on our boat got back to the mooring line easily so we had time to goof around a little. Next it was time for man overboard drills. In the beginning everyone was doing this with great skill, but then the current picked up and it became almost impossible to pick up the MOB. All in all it was a great day and it ended with an amazing thanksgiving dinner!
