Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
We began our day with an accidentally loud music blast from Doug, in his words “went to bed with a party and woke up with one”, since our beach party was the night before. After a quick oatmeal breakfast we went to Leverick Bay, a small port where we could all replenish our snack supply. A water problem set us back, allowing us to eat lunch on the boat in the beautiful bay. Our delay prevented us from going to Anegada for a beach day, so we attempted to enjoy the beach at a closer spot but (Richard Branson’s) construction prevented us from hiking to that beach, so we rearranged our plans and decided to spend the rest of the day sailing. What a great choice! The wind was perfect which made for a great trip. We ended our sailing at Mountain Point, where we will enjoy a delicious Mexican themed dinner and then the Divemasters and Advanced divers will go on a night dive!
