Trip to the Baths, Spanish Town and Night Dive # 1

Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
After a quick breakfast of oatmeal, the Panasea went to a place in Virgin Gorda known as the Baths. This was a place with rocky boulders forming many caves and climbable formations that were incredible to explore. After a long time of exploring we went back to the beach and then back to the boat. After some quick showers we took our first shore leave to Spanish Town. At Spanish Town, we stopped for lunch, where we all ate burgers before going to the grocery store to stock up on snacks. Right after our visit to Spanish Town we went straight to the new dive site, Mountain Point. We then snorkeled along the site where we saw a few jellyfish and I found a collector sea urchin, which is harmless and sticks to you with hundreds of little suction cups. Everyone got a chance to see it and hold it, which caused a majority of girls to scream. After the snorkel we set up our dive gear for our first night dive where we saw trumpet fish, long, slow moving fish and basket star, starfish that have many arms that branch out into smaller arms. The experience itself was just incredible. We are now about to eat some brownies before going to sleep and we are preparing for day 6.
