Fourth of July

We woke up today in a bay of peace and love. We then journeyed across the vast blue ocean to a place full of magic and wonder where the masters of diving mapped the undersea world. We met an octopus. After that riveting experience, it sadly began to rain. I took a nap. Sam just sneezed a lot. Our lovely 4th of July dinner consisted of franks and beans and corn bread. I felt hamburgers would have been more appropriate. There is, sadly, to be no celebration of this momentous holiday, but I am told that we may be able to see fireworks come from St. Thomas. I can only hope. Some ice and air conditioning would be nice, but I think we’ll all live. Another day in the beautiful BVI.
