Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound
This morning we sailed in keelboats across the bay at Vixen Point. It took a while but eventually we picked up speed. After two hours of racing in the sailboats we took the boat over to the mangroves to snorkel. While snorkeling we saw a wide variety of fish, including baby barracudas, a stingray, several conch shells, colorful corals, a pufferfish, and many other tropical fish. Later that afternoon we attempted windsurfing and sailed around in small two person Pico boats. While we were sailing Mimi and I saw a huge jellyfish and a sea turtle.
